Check out the new Splash Screen for Les Mills USA/Canada!

Yesterday I said something about regional sections Les Mills USA/Canada

New zones are:

Pacific Mountain - South Central - Mid West - North East - Mid Atlantic - South East.

That would make arranging 1/4's, workshops, training more manageable.

Another good thing is that they can also develop a stronger regional presence in each region in the USA. They can also develop new Master Trainers and 1/4 presenters who can work via regional associations. The United States is a huge area and a large population with the new regions they can concentrate on their regions and develop a stronger market force in each of those regions.

Which is a good Idea :)

I think having the US broken into regions will work very well. From what I've heard some LMI trainers say, it sounds like it's been tough for them to cover the entire country as well as they'd like. It seems that a regional focus would be much better for them, and really for all of us instructors as well. Finally, it sounds like club GFMs will get more personalized attention as a result.

We have a larger territory here. There is less population here and we seem to get descent service from Les Mills Asia Pacific - Australia. Maybe Rod Harvey is the leading force in this. As our former General Manager he ran a tight ship and he seemed to have made Les Mills Australia more efficent. We have a large territory and that includes all of Asia as well as Australia.

I think we are spoiled here having the master trainers available here all the time and being so close to New Zealand as well.

I wonder if that makes sense?
